We're a well-established tax and accounting, and financial advisory firm operating since 2000. We serve our clients from five Central Florida locations, serving Orange County, Polk County and Seminole County.
Our expertise extends to both domestic and international concerns when it comes to investing and doing business in Florida. We work with many local companies and individuals, but also with numerous investors from more than 110 countries around the world.

Matthew L. Bell, CPA
Matt’s been in public accounting since 1997, after graduating magna cum laude from Warner University with a fifth year of accounting from Florida Southern College. He received his qualification as a Certified Public Accountant in March 2002. Over the years, Matt has worked extensively in domestic and international tax planning for US businesses and for foreign investors in US real estate.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family at church activities, racing motocross where he is a track pastor for FCA Motocross, and exploring the outdoors.
Stephen H. Bell Jr
A native Floridian, Steve’s been in public accounting since 2004. He has considerable experience working with individuals, corporations, and small businesses, as well as nonresident aliens and foreign corporations investing in US property and businesses. Prior to this, he worked in management for more than 12 years at several large corporations.
Steve earned a BS in Accounting from Webber International University, in addition to a BA in Biblical Studies from Toccoa Falls College. He spends his free time with his two sons, enjoying the outdoors, cheering on his boys at their sporting events, and being involved in his local church.
